Measuring & Drawing

Measuring & Drawing is a set of interactive exercises designed to get students actively engaged in measuring, reading scales (linear & circular), converting between units of measurement, upper and lower bounds of measurement, scale drawings, angles of elevation and depression, map scales, 3-figure bearings, constructing a triangle and loci. Rather than students listening or watching teachers solve problems, we think that students learn best by practising the techniques and experiencing success. Measuring & Drawing brings learning to life by making it interesting, rewarding and graphically appealing. We have plenty of straightforward traditional tasks, but we also have many fun, interesting and colourful tasks. The great thing about this app is that when you click the reset button, for the majority of tasks you get a complete new set of questions at the same level of differentiation, so there are literally infinitely many questions.
